I have a steady day job, we just need a cheaper place, looking for something around $400-500ish total with utilities. We're very friendly! We play games, go biking, farmer's market, library, eat pretty healthy, and are just all around nice folks.
A shared house would be best, I think sharing an apt would be cramped, but you never know... We'd like to be in Beaverton or very nearby; the closer to the Beaverton Library/Farmers Market, the better.
