There was, but it sort of fell apart, there are hearths in some of the burbs -
the yahoo group for the Portland Area Spiral Scouts, seems to put out nothing
but spam right now.

I'd google it, but not likely anything up and running now. But you can always
start your own circle!!! The issue always seems to be a problem finding the
male circle leader (there must be a female and a male), and then getting enough
kids in the same age range who live close enough together.

As with mainstream religions, even in pagan land, there always seems to be a large
differents in the genders when it comes to involvement with ones religious group.
(Or the issue, many of the husbands/partners were not religious just the wives)

Actually it is funny, several small Oregon towns have hearths, but Portland can't seem
to get it together.
